This fast growing wireless technology company based in Cheshire was in that exciting but dangerous growth period of moving from £500,000 to a £1m company. Growth would require a structured plan and strategy, systems and procedures, HR processes and market development.
Having facilitated a strategic review, ReXP introduced a number of specialist associates to provide hands-on activity in order to deliver this. We began with employee engagement preparing the business for the change and growth ahead. We carried out engagement discussions with all staff and then developed and implemented the structures and processes that they felt were missing and affecting performance: clear and simple contracts of employment, Job and Role Descriptions, an employee handbook and employee engagement processes.
With this solid foundation in place associates then formalised the sales contracting process, introducing effective supplier and re-seller contracts and licences enabling an effective new route to market, and coached and developed the sales team to drive customer sales and retention.
ReXP also developed a new brand identity and set up marketing and communication activity such as e-shots, a newsletter, detailed customer survey, and a structured market research and focus group project in order to maximise new opportunities. This culminated in a national road-show managed by us to raise brand profile and customer contact.
By the end of 2011 and with great potential including a new international strategy we managed an office move for the company to premises more appropriate to future needs, both locating premises and providing the team to manage the office fit out.
Most recently we have introduced an expert associate who is developing a bespoke CRM database and processes to maximise customer loyalty and retention.
